Ted Millice

Founder/Owner

Ted Millice has been involved in real estate and other investments for over 30 years. Originally in banking, he underwrote and financed many major real estate projects throughout the U.S. Subsequently he became CFO of a large Canadian real estate company. In 1982, he formed Millice Group, Ltd. to develop and own real estate which resulted in office projects and other commercial real estate in Denver and several other cities. He has a MBA from Louisiana State University and an EMRE degree from Ohio State University.

Bo Millice has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate development and management. Bo assumed the position of President of Millice Group Holdings. With a primary focus in real estate, he oversees new property investments and development. Bo Millice has an undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and a Master’s degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from University of Denver.

Vice President

Clayton Millice is involved in Millice Group’s alternative investments which include a wide variety of investment sectors. Also, Clayton is responsible for the planning, development and implementation of all the company’s internal and external marketing efforts; as well as market research. Clayton also develops and manages the sales/ marketing plans and budgets. Clayton has a B.S. in International Business/Real Estate from the University of Denver and is seeking an MS in Real Estate/ Construction Management at there currently.

Bethany Riggs

Property Manager

Bethany Riggs has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years. She has experience in multifamily, residential and commercial real estate in the Los Angeles and Denver markets with a background in property management, investment management, leasing and marketing. She currently oversees the day-to-day operations of income property including new tenant leases and lease renewals. Bethany has a B.S. in Business Management from Tarleton State University, a member of the Texas A&M University System.

Dianne Ripley

Dianne has more than thirty years’ experience in general ledger, budgeting & forecasting, financial statements, financial analysis and grant & contracts administration. She is experienced in the not-for-profit, government, transportation, retail, general accounting and public accounting sectors. She has volunteered for numerous arts and education institutions throughout the Denver Metro area and has served as Treasurer for a Colorado congressional campaign. Dianne received her B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Certified Public Accountant license from the State of Illinois.

Darian Akers

Darian Akers

Chief Engineer

Darian has been in the hospitality, multifamily housing, and commercial real estate maintenance industry for over 16 years; specializing in energy efficient design and engineering. His responsibilities include maintaining the strictest health and building maintenance standards and expectations for our two facilities in Glendale, CO.

Darian has oversight of facilities maintenance management, including budget planning, bidding, contract negotiation, project management, SDS training, emergency procedure plan development, and safety coordination. He attended San Diego City College earning HVAC and Controls certification and maintains several other industry related certifications including CPO and EPA Universal.
